Tasting Menu

Our seasonal tasting menu is priced at ₹8,245 + applicable government taxes per guest.

Wine and cocktail pairings are also available and can be added to your dining experience.

We offer seasonal menus that evolve with the produce, ingredients and stories that inspire us. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Please note:

1. We require an advance deposit to confirm all tables.
2. We can only accommodate guests aged 12 or older.

Additional Information

We do not levy a service charge. Government taxes are applicable as per prevailing regulations.

Arrival Time

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation to ensure a smooth start to the experience. As the tasting menu is carefully paced and courses are served in sequence, late arrivals may not be able to experience all courses, and the progression of the menu may continue without adjustment.

Dietary Requirements

Please communicate all dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, certain restrictions may not be possible due to the nature and composition of the menu. Significant modifications to the menu may not be possible once the menu has been finalised.

Children

Fitour welcomes guests aged 12 years and above. The format, duration, and nature of the tasting-menu experience are best suited to older diners.

Menu & Ingredients

Fitour's menu is driven by seasonality, ingredient availability, regional produce, and the philosophy of the kitchen. The menu evolves regularly, and individual dishes or ingredients may change based on availability.

Special Events & Private Dining

Special events, collaborations, and private dining experiences may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Conduct & Experience

Fitour is designed as an immersive and paced dining experience. Guests are requested to be mindful of the pace of service, the kitchen team, and the experience of fellow diners.

Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in circumstances where guest conduct may adversely affect the experience or safety of other guests or the team.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and comfortable dining environment, Fitour is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Guests are requested to inform the team of any relevant allergies or medical dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Amendments

Fitour reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available on the Fitour website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the reservation time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Modification Policy

Requests to change the reservation date may be made up to 48 hours before the reservation time, subject to availability.

Guest count reductions made within 48 hours of the reservation may not be eligible for a refund.

Guest count increases are subject to availability and any applicable additional payment.
